Getting Started

  • angry guyWhat's my username and/or password? It's the same as your Mustang Express credentials.
  • Log Out when you're done on public computers or others may have access to your account! This also prevents most other access problems.
  • If you don't see any or all of your classes, call the Help Desk at (575) 574-4357 or submit an online help request.

Common Issues
IMPORTANT: These are known issues that are currently being addressed. Your patience is appreciated while we attempt to resolve them.

  • If you see a message that states "THIS TEXT WILL BE REPLACED" while attempting to view a video in your online class, it is likely that you need to allow delivery of unsecured content when prompted with the warning. Choose "NO" when asked if you want to view only content that was delivered securely because the video is delivered from a non-HTTPS, or unsecured server.
  • If the page fails to fully load or if you are unable to navigate, logout and login again (MOST common issue).
  • If the above solution doesn't work, try deleting your session cookies (view instructions*).
  • Use Compatibility Mode if using Internet Explorer 8 browser (view demo*).
  • Java version issues (JRE archive) (known good 1.4.2_09).

Easy Fixes for Complex Problems

  • Reset Internet Explorer to its default settings (view demo*; view PDF).
  • If you're having problems using Internet Explorer, try using Firefox (versions 2 and 3 only).
